Flower Cow Farm sits in El Campo, Texas, about 50 miles southwest of Houston. We're Lukas and Danielle Smith and our three boys, raising milk and pastured chicken on rotationally grazed land — because we believe food has the power to heal people, relationships, and the land.

Same birds we sell individually — rotationally grazed on fresh pasture daily, finished on organic, no-soy feed — just packed for people who want to stock up.

Jersey-Only Herdshare

For members who want the richest milk we produce. This herdshare draws exclusively from our Jersey cows, whose milk runs higher in butterfat and cream than the rest of the herd — the difference you'll notice the first time you skim the top of the jar.

Rotationally grazed on pasture, hand-cared-for, and bottled fresh for weekly pick-up.

Pastured Poultry

Our broilers spend their lives outside on grass, moving to fresh pasture every day and supplemented with an organic, no-soy mash. That's it. No confinement, no shortcuts — just birds raised the way birds should be, and a chicken that tastes like it. Available whole, fresh or frozen, for weekly pick-up on the farm or at our porch locations.
